Turlough O'Brien
Carlow football manager Turlough O'Brien has been banned for 20 weeks for an altercation with a referee.
Referee James Bermingham was confronted following Carlow's Allianz Division 3 defeat to Down on March 16 last.
The Carlow footballers lost that game to a last-minute point after a period of injury time.
Mr O'Brien, and two others, midfielder Brendan Murphy and coach Steven Poacher, were all charged with 'threatening conduct towards a referee' which was upheld in all three cases - Mr Murphy and Mr Poacher have each been handed 12 week bans.
The three men were also charged with 'minor physical inference with a referee' which the Central Hearings Committee found not proven.
All three have an option to appeal the rulings.
