Garda appeal after another break-in through window of principal's office in Carlow school

Gardaí have appealed for information after another incident of burglary at a school in Carlow.

The incident occurred at Coláiste Eoin in Hacketstown on April 12 at 2.30am. The culrpits entered the building after they removed glass from the window of the principal's office. 

The alarm was activated but cash in the amount of €300 was stolen.

Gardaí in Hacketstown are investigating and anyone with information is asked to contact them on 059 647 1202.

A similar incident happened on March 28 at Borris Vocational School between 1am and 1.30am. 

Two male culprits removed the window of the principal's office to gain entry and they attempted to force open a safe but they failed to do so and left the premises.
