Planning permission for new 'glamping' site in Carlow granted by local authority

Conditional planning permission for a new "glamping" site - boasting eight pods in Carlow - has been granted by the local authority.

The development at Kilbrannish South, Bunclody, Carlow will include a glamping site boasting eight pods, an upgrade of an existing agricultural entrance to proposed entrance, an access road and signage at the entrance.

There will also be toilet facilities, kitchen and communal area, septic tank and percolation area along with all associated site works.

The applicants are Norman and Michelle Levingstone.

There are eighteen conditions attached to the planning decision.
