A vacant three-bed house in Carlow sold for €162,000 as part of BidX1's online auction on October 23.
The semi detached three-bedroom house in Ballon (pictured above) extends to approximately 110 sq. m (1,184 sq. ft) and is a vacant possession.
It had a reserve price of €145,000.
