Gardaí investigate break-ins at two Carlow homes

Gardaí are investigating break-ins at two houses in Carlow. 

The first incident reportedly occurred at a home in St Enda's Terrace on Saturday evening (November 19) between 7pm and 11.30pm. 

The back door was damaged and nothing was taken. 

The second incident occurred at a home in Lower Upton, Fenagh between 11am on Friday (November 18) and 6pm on Saturday (November 19). 

A small window was smashed to gain entry and the house was ransacked. 

Nothing was taken. 

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who noticed suspicious activity in either area at the time of the break-ins to contact them in Carlow Garda Station.
