Cheltenham preview of day 3 for Carlow based jockey, can she turn heads yet again?

Carlow based jockey Racheal Blackmore had another great day yesterday with a huge win and two second places out of her 4 rides yesterday.

The biggest of those rides coming aboard Captain Guinness at the Champion Chase at 3.30. She rode an amazing race, kept her nose in it the whole race while huge odds favourite, El Fabiolo made a huge mistake at the fifth fence and pulled out of the race. She then pushed on to lead the home turn and was 3 lengths ahead last. Winning the huge odds underdog in dramatic form. Today, for Racheal it is just as busy as she has 4 more rides with 4 more horses from the Waterford based stable of Henry De Bromhead. 

Popova - 2.10

First race up for Racheal is on Popova at 2.10 at huge price 10/1 ( all prices via RacingPost), if her recent form on these big odds horse is to go by could be worth looking out for. Popova's last win came in Kerry last October.

Envoi Allen - 2.50

At the 2.50 RyanAir Chase, she rides Envoi Allen who is the huge odds favourite for this race at 5/2. She has rode this horse for the last couple of years and won this race at Cheltenham on his back, will be a big player in this race. 

Artic Bresil - 4.10 

She rides Artic Bresil as an outsider in this race at a 8/1 price. The horse hasn't had a win since Cork 2022.

Birdie Or Bust - 4.50

Her final ride of the day comes on another outsider Birdie Or Bust at 10/1. Could be one to place, would be unlikely to see this horse win the race, but with Racheal's form over the Festival so far you can never be too sure
