Shocking
"There's a huge amount of chewing gum around the town," said Cllr John Cassin as he expressed his anger over the state of Carlow pavements.
He raised the issue at a recent meeting of Carlow County Council.
Cllr Cassin said: "Are there any plans to tackle it? There's a lot of chewing gum on the ground."
