A Carlow man's cameo on RTÉ 2fm with the 2 Johnnies during the week has gone down a treat with listeners and viewers online.
Seán from Carlow phoned in to RTÉ 2fm's Drive It with The 2 Johnnies and discussed everything from scallions to welding in a hilarious cameo with popular Tipperary hosts Johnny B O'Brien and Johnny 'Smacks' McMahon.
O'Brien kicked off the chat with a "Yup Carlow" roar that Seán was only too happy to join before stating: "I'm just eating some scallions here now, I just got home from work."
When Johnny B enquired as to how he eats his scallions, Seán replied: "Raw. Straight out of the ground." Cahir native O'Brien followed up by asking Sean where he got them, to which Sean proudly said: "I grow them. I grow them in my own garden here."
"Your own scallions. Pull 'em up out of the ground, wipe 'em, into the gob," said Johnny B.
"Awh straight in, the dirt and all," chirped Sean, setting Johnny Smacks into stitches.
A clip of Seán's appearance posted to the 2fm TikTok account has racked up over 100,000 views on the increasingly popular app.

The chat moved to the health benefits of eating scallions, with the Tipperary duo knocking fun out of Sean's "regular bowel movements".
Seán went on to hilariously describe his workday as a fitter welder and the "hiding" he does, before going on to boast about his company's "class" work with stainless steel.
