It has thanked all of those who have supported the business over the past year saying those customers have been the "heart of Moka."
Many people took to the comment section to express their sadness at the announcement, stating that the Coffee and Wine Bar was among their favourite places to visit in Carlow.
"You created a warm space that meant a lot to people. Sincere sympathy to all the staff and everyone involved. You will be missed," one person said.
It's not been announced when Moka will open for the final time.
