It will be breezy this morning (December 27) with fresh southwest winds, strong in the south and southeast.
Outbreaks of rain will continue to clear eastwards from most areas by early afternoon as drier conditions in the west with just a few showers follow.
Winds will ease and become westerly as rain clears with highest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees.
Tonight will be dry at first with a few showers, mainly in the northwest, and clear spells.
A spell of rain will move in from the southwest overnight, extending across all but the north and east by morning.
Lowest temperatures of 1 to 5 degrees can be expected, becoming much milder in the south by morning as winds freshen.
