Motorist caught doing almost 100km/h in a 50km/h speed limit zone in Carlow

Carlow Gardaí detected one motorist doing almost double the legal speed limit on Wednesday.

The results of a speed check conducted by Carlow Road Policing Unit in a 50km zone found one motorist doing 94km/h and another doing 81km/h. 

Gardaí said: "For everyone’s sake kill your speed and nothing else."
