Have you seen Turlough? Gardaí and family of missing man seek public help to find him

The family of a 28-year-old man missing for just over 24 hours are concerned for his welfare. 

Gardaí are appealing to the public for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Turlough Kelly, who went missing yesterday (Monday August 21).

Turlough is described as being 6 foot 1 inch tall with a slim build, black hair and a beard.

When last seen on the Freshford Road in Kilkenny at approximately 4pm yesterday, Turlough was wearing a black hooded jumper and green trousers.

Gardaí and Turlough’s family are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with information on Turlough’s whereabouts is asked to contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056 777 5000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
