RTÉ HAS announced its new season of programming, which includes brand-new Irish drama, The Gone - and one familiar face is part of the cast.
Grey’s Anatomy Richard Flood will star in The Gone, a drama about a young Irish couple who go missing with a potential Irish crime family involved in their disappearance, leading to a joint New Zealand and Irish crime investigation.
Recently, Richard Flood played paediatric surgeon and widower, Dr Cormac Hayes in Grey’s Anatomy who was briefly dating Meredith Grey.
He also featured in crime drama Red Rock.
In The Gone, Flood stars as Theo Richter, an Irish detective who teams with Kiwi cop Diana Huia (Lupe) to find a missing couple.
The programme will be featured on RTÉ this autumn.
