A POPULAR company has recalled a batch of vegetarian chicken-style strips due to an incorrect date.
A batch of Vemondo Vegetarian Chicken-Style Strips have been recalled by Lidl Ireland, due to an incorrect year on the use-by date.
The Food Safety Authority of Ireland noticed customers that the correct use-by date is 07.09.23.
“Customers are advised not to consume the product after 07.09.23 when the product may be unsafe. Recall notices will be displayed at point-of-sale in the implicated Lidl stores,” they commented.
