Met Éireann has issued a Status Yellow Ice/Low Temperature alert for 18 counties.
Affected counties can expect very cold temperatures below -3 degrees in many areas, with frost and ice causing hazardous driving conditions.
This includes Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Louth, Meath, Offaly, Westmeath, Wicklow, Cavan, Donegal, Monaghan, Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary, and all of Connacht.
The warning is in place from 6pm today (November 30) until 12pm noon tomorrow (December 1).
