RIP: Funerals details announced for Irish woman murdered in New York

Funerals details have been announced for Sarah McNally, who was murdered in New York.

Sarah died at age 41 from a stab wound to her neck, after being attacked at her place of work in The Céilí House pub in Maspeth, Queens.

The attack occurred on Saturday, March 30 at approximately 6.30pm. The attacker was a man she was in a relationship with. 

Originally from Co Longford, Sarah is sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, her loving mother Dorrie, dear father Des, grandmother Kathleen O’Connor, aunts, uncles, relatives, extended family and a wide circle of friends in Longford and New York.

She will be reposing at Glennon's Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Sunday, April 7 from 5pm, concluding with prayers at 8pm.

Mass of The Resurrection will take place at 11am on Monday, April 8, in St Mel's Cathedral, followed by a private cremation.
