Calling all job seekers! Bank of Ireland to hire 100 new people across six departments

Bank of Ireland (BoI) is set to take on 100 new hires to fill technology roles across six departments.

The roles are across data, delivery management, engineering, resilience and cyber, within areas such as cloud, open banking, APIs, AI and emerging technologies.

Flexible working, progressive and inclusive HR policies, and competitive pay are being offered as incentives.

The recruitment is part of BoI's continued investment in technology across the group, with the launch of a customer portal and and 60 enhancements to its mobile app just some of the changes made last year.

The Group Chief Operating Officer of BoI, Ciarán Coyle, said, "We continue to invest in our talent, technology and infrastructure, to ensure customers have the very best banking services.

"We’re currently progressing a range of innovative digital projects across the Group and we want to recruit talented specialists who can enhance the banking experience for our customers."

He continued, "Bank of Ireland offers an exciting and dynamic environment for career development. In addition to exciting projects, we provide a supportive environment with inclusive workplace policies, flexible remote work options through a network of hubs, and competitive pay and benefits.

"We are looking for the very best talent to join our technology team as we continue to deliver improvements for customers and colleagues across the organisation."

New recruits will be entitled to maternity and paternity leave, parents leave, foster care leave, early pregnancy loss, surrogacy, fertility leave, all of which are paid leave entitlements.

Applications for the roles are currently live on the BoI website, however some will close by end of day (July 1).
