A lucky punter in Dublin is waking up €500,000 richer after a winning Lotto was sold in Cabra, County Dublin for the February 28th draw, and they don't even know it yet as the prize remains unclaimed.

The Dubliner purchased the winning Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw from Spar, New Cabra Road, Cabra, Dublin 7.

The winning numbers in last night’s (Friday, 28th February) EuroMillions Plus draw were: 20, 32, 34, 42 and 48.

Darragh O’Dwyer, spokesperson for the National Lottery, said:

"One player in the capital is waking up this morning €500,000 richer after matching all 5 numbers in last night’s EuroMillions Plus draw. In total over 46,000 players in Ireland won prizes in last night’s EuroMillions and EuroMillions Plus draws. We’re now urging all players who bought their EuroMillions Plus tickets from Spar, New Cabra Road, Cabra, Dublin 7 on Friday, to carefully check their tickets – you could be sitting on a fortune of €500,000 and not even know it yet!"
