Gardaí and family 'concerned for wellbeing' of teenage boy (17) missing since Monday

Gardaí have issued an urgent appeal for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a missing 17-year-old teen.

Thomas Dowd - described as being approximately 5 feet 8 inches in height, with a slim build, blonde hair and blue eyes - was reported missing in Waterford city on Monday, March 3.

Thomas was last seen in the Dunmore Road area of the city at approximately 6:30pm.

When last seen, Thomas was wearing a grey tracksuit top and bottoms, and a pair of On Cloud runners.

Gardaí and Thomas's family are concerned for his wellbeing.

Anyone with any information on Thomas's whereabouts is asked to contact Waterford Garda Station on 051 305 300, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
