Illegal dumping a blight across the country
There has been another spate of fly-tipping in Nurney with pillows and a child's toy left strewn on the Newtown Road.
It comes after a number of items - including an umbrella and a plastic water bottle - were dumped on the side of the road recently but have since been cleaned up by Carlow County Council.
