Services have resumed on Waterford line after signalling fault at Carlow

An update
Irish Rail have confirmed that train services have resumed on the Waterford line after a signalling fault at Carlow.
However, delays of approximately 35mins to 07:05 Waterford/Heuston and approx 25mins to 07:25 Heuston/Waterford were expected.
