Brett Brothers Limited in South Kilkenny are now seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a full-time Receptionist.
The role is temporary based as it is providing Maternity Cover.
The candidate requirements for this position include excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
In addition to this, candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role would also be preferred.
Some of the key responsibilities involved in this role include greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Other responsibilities include managing a busy switchboard and direct calls appropriately, overseeing the day-to-day running of the reception area and providing administrative support to the accounts department and other departments as needed.
