CARLOW WEATHER: Mostly dry and breezy day with warm spells of hazy sunshine
On Thursday, any mist patches will soon clear to give a mostly dry and breezy day with warm spells of hazy sunshine, according to Met Éireann.
However, during the evening some showery outbreaks of rain will develop.
Highest temperatures of 19 to 22 degrees Celsius in a freshening southeast breeze.
On Thursday night, will very mild and humid with some scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle, heaviest later.
Lowest temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees Celsius, in moderate, occasionally fresh southeasterly breezes.

Friday 18th August will be cloudy with scattered outbreaks of rain, turning very heavy and persistent later in the afternoon and evening with localised flooding.
Humid with highest temperatures of 17 to 19 degrees Celsius.
Southeast wind will be brisk in parts to begin, later easing but allowing with some mist setting in later too.
National Outlook: Mixed and unsettled; heavy rain later Friday with sunshine and showers this weekend.
