Carlow Weather: We will see long spells of sunshine ahead of the weekend
On Thursday, we will see long spells of sunshine with just a few passing showers, according to Met Éireann.
High temperatures of 17 to 19 degrees in moderate westerly breezes.
Thursday night there will be clear spells and scattered showers overnight with the odd heavy shower possible.
Lowest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees in a moderate to fresh west to northwest breeze.

On Friday 25th August, it will be a breezy day with a mix of sunshine and showers.
Some of the showers will be heavy with the chance of thunder.
Highest temperatures of 16 to 19 degrees in fresh and gusty northwest winds, strong on the northwest coast.
National Outlook: Changeable weather with rain and showers at times.
