Carlow Weather: Lingering rain to clear this morning with most areas mainly dry
On Tuesday, any lingering rain will clear this morning then it will be mainly dry for most areas with sunny spells, according to Met Éireann.
Highest temperatures of 15 to 19 degrees with a mostly moderate northwest breeze.
Tuesday night will stay mainly dry with long clear spells.
Lowest temperatures of 6 to 9 degrees in mostly light westerly breezes.

On Wednesday 30th August, the day will start with sunny spells and well scattered showers, cloud will build in the afternoon.
Highest temperatures of 16 or 17 degrees in mostly light west or variable breezes.
National Outlook: Rain will become widespread on Wednesday night, with heavy falls at times over the southern half of the country. Lowest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees generally, in light to moderate southeasterly breezes.
Thursday will start largely cloudy and wet. Rain will clear northeastwards with sunny spells and showers following, some heavy. Duller conditions and outbreaks of rain may linger into the evening. Highest temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees in light to moderate southerly winds, becoming variable later.
