Weather: 'Another good day with nice sunny spells' positive Carlow weather updates

Met Éireann and Carlow Weather have provided weather updates for their weather updates for County Carlow and surrounding areas.

Firstly looking at CarlowWeather on X: "Good news is tomorrow Wednesday will be another good day with nice sunny spells for most areas. Feeling cool in the shade though with the breeze and lower temperatures. Rain pushing in from the West Thursday but uncertain how far East it will make it with heaviest in Southwest."

Looking then to Met Éireann's weather forecast for the day: "Wednesday will be another dry day for most with a mix of sunshine and cloud. Mild with highest temperatures of 9 to 13 degrees, mildest away from the East Coast, in a light to moderate northerly breeze."

Met Éireann's prediction for Wednesday evening: "Tonight will be generally dry under broken cloud. Lowest temperatures of 2 to 6 degrees, coldest where clear breaks persist. A few mist patches too with light variable breezes."

And an early look at the prediction for the weather for Thursday morning: "Some sunny spells to begin on Thursday. Becoming cloudier everywhere through the day with showery outbreaks of rain developing through the day, possibly turning heavy locally later. Cooler with highest temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees in light to moderate northerly or variable breezes."
