The winds will decrease mostly moderate through the afternoon and will decrease light later. Highest temperatures of 11 to 13 degrees."
Met Éireann for the evening: "Tonight will bring a mix of clear spells and some well scattered showers early on, but becoming cloudy from the south, with rain moving northwards, becoming heavy at times, with the chance of some spot flooding. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 7 degrees in mostly light to moderate variable breezes, but becoming breezy in southeastern and eastern coastal parts with strengthening southeast winds."
