With a yellow weather warning for fog still active for the morning in Carlow with a weather advisory on the horizon in Carlow.

Then looking at Met Éireann for today:
"A misty or foggy start in places this morning with rain and drizzle over southern counties. The rain, drizzle, mist and fog will slowly clear through the morning and afternoon with sunny spells and isolated showers following. Highest temperatures of 6 to 9 degrees in a light southwest or variable breeze."
Tonight:
"A mainly dry night with areas of mist and fog developing once again, with some dense pockets possible in a light southerly or variable breeze. Some frost patches developing too with lowest temperatures of 2 or 3 degrees."
Tomorrow:
"Areas of mist and fog will be slow to clear Wednesday. Sunny spells and scattered showers developing by the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 4 to 8 degrees in light southwest to west winds."
Weather Advisory:
"On Thursday night and during Friday, a deepening Low-Pressure system is forecast to track close to Ireland. Very strong winds are likely across the country with the potential for damaging wind gusts and disruption in places. High seas and spells of heavy rain are expected also."
