A bright and sunny day across the County for the day before sub zero temperatures make return through the night.

Then looking at Met Éireann for today:
"A dry, largely bright and sunny day today with light winds. A little cloud will drift in at times during the afternoon with perhaps the odd shower across northwestern counties but most places will stay dry. Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees."
Tonight:
"Cold and clear tonight with light winds. Temperatures will fall quickly after sunset with lowest temperatures of 1 to -2 degrees with frost and ice expected."
Tomorrow:
"Another dry and largely bright day however a touch of cloud will drift in across southern counties for a time. Staying dry and sunny elsewhere with highest temperatures of 6 to 9 degrees in light winds."
Thursday Night:
"Thursday night will be cold and dry with long clear spells and light winds. Frost and ice are expected as temperatures fall to between -2 and +2 degrees."
An early look to Friday:
"Friday morning will be cold and frosty. It will be dry and sunny at first but some cloud will build through the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 5 to 8 degrees with a light to moderate east to northeast wind."
