'Risk of heavy rain' in Carlow early next week after ex-hurricane Oscar passes through
More rain on the way

A risk of heavy rain
At present Sunday looks mainly dry with a light breeze but there's "a risk of heavy rain on Monday", according to www.carlowweather.com.
Forecaster Alan O'Reilly said the remnants of Hurricane Oscar will stay out to the Northwest of Ireland but we "will still see strong winds and heavy rain" with Saturday likely to see the worst of it.
But now it appears there won't be much of a reprieve in the wet weather, with a risk of rain again on Monday.
