The Carlow Outdoor Activity Hub at Carlow Town Park is the place to be this summer. Splash around in kayaks and canoes, try fishing, mountain biking or build a raft. Try something new, have fun and get outdoors this summer!
This is a joint project, coordinated by County Carlow Local Sports partnership and Carlow Regional Youth Services. The project is funded by the Dormant Accounts and supported by Carlow County Council, Carlow Tourism, and Waterways Ireland.
The activity hub is the perfect way to explore and experience the wonderful River Barrow, from water and land. Friends and family can enjoy being outdoors in nature, providing the stage for memorable experiences and first class activities.

*These activities are suitable for age 11-18 years
*Participants must be able to swim
*Kayak, SUP & Raft Building: Wear swim gear and bring a 2nd pair of runners and a towel
*Arrive 15 minutes prior to start time
*Limited number of places per session
*All equipment will be provided
*Parental consent is required for all participants
