Revealed: One Carlow property sold and another received zero bids in online auction

One Carlow property has been sold and another received zero bids on Thursday as part of a BidX1 online auction.
A house - a detached three bedroom bungalow - at Main Street, Kildavin had a guide price of €120,000 but received zero bids.
One bidder made the offer with just two minutes left to bid and there were no other offers.
The property is described as a "town centre retail investment" and is arranged over ground and two upper floors to provide a mid terrace retail building and had a guide price of €190,000.
