Deirdre Heckler, Mayor of Breuberg, Germany and Carlow woman visited Dáil Éireann this past week with her family.
Deirdre is the first female Mayor of Breuberg, Germany. She moved to Breuberg (South of Frankfurt in the 1990s) and was elected as Mayor in 2021.
