Carlow County Council have received a planning application for the construction of 8 new homes to be built in County Carlow.
The location of the proposed new homes is set at Cunnaberry, Ballon, County Carlow.

The planning permission was applied for by Jimmy O'Toole and the application was submitted on the 30th of June 2025.
The details of the planning permission are as follows:
The construction of number 4 dwelling houses.
A proposed housing development comprising of 8no. two storey 3 bedroom semi detached houses, 1no. two storey 4 bedroom detached house, 1no. 3 bedroom single storey dwelling, demolition of existing agricultural shed and existing shed/former dwelling, proposed entrance and all associated works at Main Street/Cunaberry Lane, Ballon, Co. Carlow
A decision is due to be made on the 24th of August 2025.
