RIP: Tributes paid to Carlow native who a 'lovely interesting lady' following her passing

Tributes have been paid following the passing of Philippa Gallagher of “Everton House”, Borris, Carlow.

Philippa passed away peacefully at home on the 24th of June.

Sadly missed by her loving sons Dáithí and Patrick daughter Isobel , brothers, sisters daughter in law Alia extended family , friends , and her beloved dog Brón.

Tributes have been paid in the condolences section of Rip.ie and read as follows: 

"Sincere Condolence to Philippa's immediate family and extended family and friends.. What a lovely and interesting Lady.. She was so welcoming and friendly and helpful while at Borris Golf Club. Rest In Peace Philipp."

Another reads: 

"Philippa, you were a plucky, happy, zany woman and it was my honour to have known you. You were a great proud kiwi. Till we meet again"

Funeral Arrangements 

Funeral to arrive at Newlands Cross Crematorium for funeral service at 11am on Friday 4th of July .
Service can be viewed live on link below.
Friends and neighbours are invited to have a drink in Philippa's honour with the family at O'Shea's pub Borris at 4pm on Friday 4th July.
