A FIRST Aid training course organised by Carlow Sports Partnership has sold out the organisers have revealed.
The event, in association with Carlow County Council and Sport Ireland will take place at Carlow Town Hall on Saturday, July 8.
This day-long course is suitable for coaches, instructors, teachers, supervisors, sports assistants, volunteers and all who are involved in sport.
Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the course.
The course will include elements such as learning CPR and rescue breathing techniques, how to use a defibrillator as well as how to deal with strains, sprains and a wide range of other sporting injuries that may occur.
