Popular bakery and cafe in Borris, Carlow closes it's doors for final time
The Fermentary opened their doors in Spring 2021 in Borris, Carlow and has since grown in popularity locally and natonally.
They specialised in fermented products and artisan food.
They announced on Instagram this week that they are closing their Borris cafe due to factors outside their control.
Health and fitness influencer Roz Purcell has stated online that she is "devastated", telling her followers that The Fermentary is one of her favourite cafe's in Ireland.
