Decision close for the planning application for 3 new homes to be constructed in Carlow

Carlow County Council are close to making a planning decision for the construction of 3 new homes in County Carlow.

The planning application was received on the 27th of June 2025. The location of the planning permission is Barrack Street, Tullow, Carlow, R93 CY56.

The planning application was made by Edwin O'Meara and the decision is expected to be made by the Carlow County Council on the 11th of February 2025.

The construction of 3no. two storey four-bedroom detached dwelling to the side of the existing single storey four-bedroom dwelling at Barrack Street, Tullow, County Carlow,

Including new boundary treatments to the proposed new and existing dwellings to provide private open space, new vehicular entrances involving the dishing of the existing kerb to provide off street vehicular parking for the new and existing dwellings,

The removal of the existing single storey storage shed (c.30.0m2), the removal of the single storey extension to the side of the existing dwelling (c.8.0m2), all associated landscaping and all other necessary ancillary site development works
